p1: A tank of fish with one large crab in the corner.
Migration has been a big part of industrial work in China. Many would migrate from the agricultural regions to one of China's mega-cities. They would start out living in factory dorms, until they could save enough money for their own apartment.
 

p2: The fish tank is seen at the back of a large dim sum restaurant. A few groups sit around large circular tables in the banquet halls, while waiters bring orders to the table.
Recently, government policy has flattened wages across the country, which may be reversing the trend.
 

p3: Jam and Phil share dim sum with Chinese factory representatives.
Rep: "I left Hong Kong fifteen years ago. I've lived in DongGuan ever since."
 

p4: The rep continues..
Rep: "The workforce is always changing here. Many go home for New Year's and choose to stay there, or switch jobs."
