I work in product design as a Mechanical Engineer, so I understood this process on paper. I worked with overseas vendors every day, and they helped to bring my designs from concept to reality.
 

p2: Senzeni, smiling, brings jam two plane tickets, jam pulls their headphones off, looking surprised.
But when I got the chance to actually visit those factories, I jumped on it!

We were headed to Shenzhen - one of China's factory megacities.
