A worker at a different factory is welding a pipe. He is not wearing proper safety equipment - a simple apron but no gloves or goggles.
This standard is not universal. At a different factory, we noticed a worker welding with a cardboard mask propped up behind his glasses. It was distressing to see these dangerous conditions.
